We don’t rush!
This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new home or condo. This also means we charge a little more than most of our competitors.
You don’t want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.
Cheap home inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason why they’re cheap.
Inspection Reports
We pride ourselves on providing some of the best inspections in Montana – and our reports reflect our dedication to details as well. Our inspection reports outline all of our findings on your home inspection. From maintenance issues we find, all the way to major structural or mechanical issues. Our reports are also clear and easy to read as well – summarizing the main concerns and helping you fully understand what to do next about them.
My Sample Reports
EXTERIORS
We inspect many parts of the exterior of your home, including your roof, siding, doors and windows, decks, porches, patios, sidewalks, driveway, garage, grading, vegetation near the home, and much more.
INTERIORS
There is a lot to see and inspect inside your home. We thoroughly inspect your attic spaces, basement, crawlspaces, foundation, bearing walls, floor and wall framing, roof framing, ventilation, stairs and railings, and all living spaces.
MECHANICAL
On top of everything mentioned above, we also go through your electric panel, your branch wiring, outlets and fixtures, heating unit, cooling unit, ductwork/radiators, main plumbing shutoff, plumbing supply lines and sewage lines, and your water heater.
Professional Thermal Imaging
As Certified Residential Thermographers, WTB uses infrared cameras on every inspection. Thermal imaging simply converts infrared (IR) radiation (heat) into visible images. Thermal imaging allows us to find more issues in the plumbing system, detect heat loss, identify potential electrical hazards, and more. It allows us to provide better information to our clients.
We can provide professional thermal imaging services to our standard home, commercial, or multi-family inspections. You can also contact us, and we can perform a stand-alone thermal scan of nearly any building type.
