Crawlspace Inspections 

Crawlspaces are some of the least favorite areas of the home we have to inspect. Rodents, pests, electrical hazards, standing water, etc., are all reasons crawlspaces are dangerous. We enter and inspect every crawlspace if we can fit through the access location. However, there are times when the access opening is too small or other hazards keep us out.
